Humpty Dumpty Sat on A Wall

Heartbreak.
Heard of it? Dreamt of it? Feared it?
How about a little welcome to it.

One time in your life or another, you have or will experience it. You can't take it back, you hate it so much and wish you could forget it. But you can't live without those feelings. And that my friends, is heartbreak. Not just romantic, but platonic, for family, whatever... And the reason I speak of this is because I have experienced so much heartbreak in my short life that I don't want to experience anymore, but you know what? I love every second of it, because IT MAKES ME FEEL SOMETHING. And it reminds me that I care.

So don't worry, the heartbreak will come in waves, but it will get better. And that is the worst cliche I could ever hear. But it is sadly true. When my friend passed away this May, I was shipwrecked. I had nothing. Then I lost the only two friendships that had helped me through that grief. And one day, as I was scrolling through Facebook, this awesome and insightful article popped up.

I'll link it below. Heartbreak comes in all shapes and sizes. And I read it almost every week. Because it helps me through the waves of sorrow when they are drowning me.
No matter where it comes from, how it is delivered, sadness and pain will flow through your life like wind in a bird's wings. So, when all else fails, be true to yourself, drink some tea, sit down, read this beautiful article with me.

Shall we?
