¿Otra vez, por favor?

Well, well, well!

Another year has gone by and we find ourselves making the same New Year's resolutions, don't we? "I will lose weight this year and fit into those skinny jeans!" or, "I will find a new hobby, and pay off those bills that I haven't paid off for the last ten years." Yes, good luck with those goals my friends, and try try try you might. And maybe you might actually accomplish those goals, who knows?

But, if you are like the normal 99.9998% of the world out there, you will be motivated to do those things for as long as you can remember that password you just created to view the hottest new facial secrets on that website you will never visit again... Right. So, here is the deal.

Out with the new, and in with the old. Sounds weird, right? But here is the thing. You can't break old habits, or teach an old dog new tricks. So you know what my New Year's resolution was? To make it through my first year of school. Do you know why? Because it is a goal I CAN ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISH ON AN EVERYDAY BASIS. I will find myself one step closer every single day, if I just do my work, pay my bills, and work hard. No having to work the gym into my schedule, none of that hogwash.

And the fun part? My workouts are at school! I am taking a yoga class. It is only fifty minutes long, and it does not really make me sweat much, or at all. But it sure does make me have a good start to my day. Plus I have a recreational center where I am welcome to make use of my free time, so guess who will be utilizing that place? This kid!

Well, off to school part dos for this chica, and off to you to figure out a real goal for yourself. What do you want your 2015 reflection to look like next December 31?

You decide, my sheeps.

Sincerely,

-Yoga'd and Yawned
